Control of Air Pollution from New Motor Vehicles: Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Standards Virtual Public Hearing

EPA is holding a virtual public hearing for the Control of Air Pollution from New Motor Vehicles: Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Standards Proposed Rule. The hearing was originally scheduled for April 12 and 13, 2022. A third day, April 14, 2022, is being added to accommodate the large number of persons and entities who registered to testify.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This invite will only apply to Tuesday (April 12th) and Wednesday (April 13th). All individuals scheduled to speak on Thursday, April 14th will receive a separate invitation from EPA with this link. We expect to send out a final order of speakers with approximate speaking times shortly. To the extent possible, EPA will work to accommodate late registrations to speak on the third day of the hearing, Thursday, April 14, 2022.
