To perform a new Zoom client install:

• Open Software Center on your EPA GFE (Type SOFTWARE CENTER in the search field of your Windows Taskbar)
• Locate the Zoom icon with EPA - ZOOMGOV title in the applications tab of Software Center.
• Select the Zoom application and select INSTALL to have the client automatically installed.

This will install an approved version of the Zoom Client and it will be configured for EPA's Single Sign On (SSO).

Functionality for all current BASIC users will be adjusted to foundational licenses on 5/7/25. With the Foundational license, you will still be able to attend Zoom meetings, though will no longer be able to host meetings. This meets EPA license management requirements and assists in ensuring EPA team members access to attend Zoom meetings freely. All EPA Users with a current Zoom LICENSE users will not be affected.
